Return, Replacement & Refund Policy – Gulzaar Jewels


At Gulzaar Jewels, we strive to deliver high-quality products to our customers. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Eligibility for Return / Replacement

We only accept returns or provide replacements in the following cases:

• If the product received is damaged

• If the wrong item has been delivered


2. Mandatory Conditions

To be eligible for a return or replacement:

• An unboxing video is mandatory, clearly showing the package being opened and the issue

• The request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery

• The product must be unused and in its original packaging


3. Non-Returnable Cases

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Size or fitting issues

• Slight color variations due to lighting or screen differences

• Change of mind or personal preference

• Minor design or finishing variations (as these are handcrafted products)


4. Replacement Process

Once your request is approved:

• We will arrange a replacement for the same product (subject to availability)

• If the product is unavailable, we may offer an alternative or store credit


5. Refund Policy

Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:

• If a replacement is not available

• If the order is cancelled before dispatch


Refund details:

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method (for prepaid orders)

• Refund processing time is 5–7 business days after approval


6. Important Notes

• Requests without an unboxing video will not be accepted

• Gulzaar Jewels reserves the right to reject any request that does not meet the above conditions
